By using unique bi-directional scanning technology to blow off soot&ash particulates from each cell of DPF, then dust collector sucks all released dirties, ensures efficiently DPF cleaning and regeneration. It's mainly include bi-directional scanning device, automatic rotating platform,powerful dust collecting system and intelligent controlling units.
1)Each cell cleaned: Intelligent rotating plate and air scanning nozzles, ensures completely cleaning for each individual cell of DPF.
2)Bi-directional Scanning:Automatic scanning from both ends of DPF simultaneously ,achieves optimum cleaning.
3)Timed scanning: Cleaning time is settable, alarm automatically after cleaning finished.
4)Positioned scanning: Adjustable to focus cleaning on specific areas or heavily loaded areas as needed.
5)Fully visible: The upper and lower sides' entire cleaning process is fully visible for operators.
6)Ultra-wide range:Various sized DPF can be cleaned, fully adjustable diameter (150-420mm) and height ≤620mm.7)Flexible adjustment: Adjustable nozzle system allows deeply access to hard to reach flanges and recessed cavities for air scanning, DPF can rotate with variable speed.
8)Two stage filtration:Primary filtration and HEPA two-stage filtration, final efficiency up to 99.97%;
Low cost standard replacement filters; The primary filtration is with self-cleaning function.
9)Powerful dust collecting: Quickly captures the ash and carbon soot during cleaning without causing secondary air pollution and harming operators' breathing safety.
