The machine designed to use water flushing and high pressure purging alternate workmatch use with dpf cleaning detergent,to assure efficient cleaning.Simply it is water flushing and high pressure purging alternate work.
Application:
This machine allows to clean different kinds of DPF(particulate filterscr noc for cars of Furo45 and6 systems, such as cars, buses,vans,sprinters,semitrucks,heavy trucks etc.
You can do entire cleaning cycle (washing,drying,testing) with one machine only,greatly saves your money and time.
1.Unique technology: Using water flushing and high-pressure air purging process alternately, so for the serious blockage of DOC/
DPF/ SCR of a diesel vehicle,it can be thoroughly cleaned and dredged.
The high-pressure air in the high-pressure gas storage tank is released instantaneously, mixed with high flow water to generate
potential energy, and the blockage inside the honeycomb carrier is pushed out instantly, use with cleaning chemical, total removal
of all residuals, PM10 residuals and cerium residuals,carbon deposits.
2. Wide range of applications for different diesel cars: cleaning of different types of SCR/DPF/catalyst of ultra size range.
3.Water heating function:Intelligent constant temperature heating, could heat water to 60-80ºCquickly.
4. DPF pressure testing function:you can test the back pressure of dpf before and after cycle cleaning, assessment of DPFblockage condition.
5.Air drying function: it allows to blow out the water moisture in the DPF for quick drying.
6.Intelligent control system: use PLC +touch screen control system, temperature,pressure,cleaning time and all operations can be
done on touch screen, one key simple operation.
7.Water filtration:built-in water filtering system with fine filter to assure the cycle using of water.
8.Easy and Fast:only 30-60 minutes to complete whole process for regenerating a dpf, cost and time save, cleaning time is
adjustable on touch screen.
9.Multiple safety protection system: with humanized design to set up high/low liquid level alarm system,cleaning tank temperature
control system, door of cleaning cabin open/close detection system, leakage protection device, built-in lighting system,locking
